Pankaj Singh ChandelPankaj Singh Chandel is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Tourism Management at Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar, where he has been teaching since 2014. He holds a PhD in Tourism and a PGDM in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management. His expertise lies in homestay tourism, and he is recognized as a skilled orator on travel knowledge. Dr. Chandel has published research articles in Scopus-indexed journals and has contributed to publications with IGI Global, demonstrating his commitment to academic scholarship in the field of tourism. His research focuses on sustainable tourism practices and the development of homestay tourism in India. As an active member of several professional organizations, including the Travel Agents Association of Uttarakhand and ATOAI, Dr. Chandel actively participates in initiatives promoting sustainability in the tourism industry.
