Paul Théron

Paul Théron, MSc, has been a member of the ENISA’s Permanent Stakeholders Group, and is a memeber of DG JRC’s ERNCIP Group on ICS and SmartGrid Cyber Security and of the Business Continuity Institute. He co-founded the French National Council for Business Continuity in 2009 and runs the Resilience Studies Team. He studies ICT resilience. His contributions include reports for ARCEP (2011), ENISA (2011), and European Commission (2010). His research focuses on the dynamic transformation of the {incident; organisation’s integrity; organisation’s response} state space under critical circumstances. He is a regular invited Lecturer on Critical Infrastructure Resilience at Poitiers Faculty of Science, Aix-Marseille University; Mines ParisTech, French Ecole de Guerre, and Institut National des Hautes Etudes de la Sécurité et de la Justice in Paris. He participates in ISO TC223 and NATO’s NIAG standardisation work streams on cyber resilience, business continuity, and command & control.
