Pedro Melo

Pedro Melo is an Invited Professor at School of Economics and Management, University of Minho, and School of Management at the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave, where lectures courses of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. He has a Master degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Minho. Presently, he is a PhD student in Business, at University of Minho. His main areas of interest are organizational behavior, human resource practices, and its relationship with the strategy, with special emphasis on SMEs. In recent years, he has focused his studies on the characterization and development of HRM in Portugal.
