Pooja Khanna

Pooja Khanna is an assistant professor at School for Liberal Studies, UPES. She specializes in career and confidence coaching. She is the founder of Find Your True North, a career coaching platform that uses a proprietary career coaching process through the use of AI & ML. She is also a research scholar, currently researching instructional architecture for career adaptability in Gen Z and leadership Studies. Pooja has designed and delivered courses in Employment Communication, Persuasive presence, Creativity, Innovation & Foresight, and Leadership in a Dynamic Era. She excels at organizing Personality and Professional Development Programs. With degrees in Education, Management and Ancient Indian History & Archeology, Pooja is a neo-generalist who helps students connect the dots of their values, interests and skills to find happiness in their chosen careers. She believes youth deserve happiness, respect, and love. And she’s determined to give them the tools to create those feelings in every crevice and cranny of their career.
