Poonam Gahlot is working as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Finance and Commerce of Commerce, SRM University, Delhi-NCR, Sonipat. She has 10 year of Teaching Experience in reputed organizations. Her area of interest is in Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Sustainable Development and Public Policy. She has published 9 Research articles in reputed journals like Francis and tailor and Scopus. She involved in various administrative works like Member of BoS, Coordinator of cultural activities, External research expert etc. She has the great ability to handle the behaviour of the students and boost their calibre with her effective teaching pedagogy. Her academic pursuits extend beyond publications, as evidenced by her active participation in over 25 conferences and 15 Faculty Development Programmes.
