Pratik More is a distinguished professional with a strong academic background and extensive industrial experience. He holds two Masters degrees, one in Biotechnology and the other in Business Administration. He finished his PhD in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Pune. During his industry experience of more than 10 years, Dr. Pratik has been associated with a Fortune 500 company and MNCs in various roles of International Marketing, Market Research, Analytics, and Healthcare Consulting. At Woxsen University, Dr. Pratik brings a fresh approach to education with a track record of engaging students in interactive and innovative learning experiences. Leveraging his decade-long industrial experience, he strives to introduce new skills in curriculum, student assessment, and fostering a positive learning environment. Dr. Pratik emphasizes experiential learning for students and focuses on hands-on training and experience through live projects. His student-centered approach, built on experiential learning expertise, ensures students are not just learning, but actively engaged in the process to become future leaders. His research interests include Business Analytics, Co-creation, Consumer Behaviour, and Modern Technologies in Business.
