Raymond C. Espina

Raymond C. Espina currently serves as the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Dean of the College of Education at Cebu Technological University. He completed the “Train the Trainer” program for welding at Metaphil, an Aboitiz company, and was a KorPhil scholar and a recipient of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) grant, through which he participated in Japan’s Country Focused Training Program for Senior High Schools. His research interests include teacher training in technology education, curriculum development, educational assessment, and the enhancement of technical education standards.
