Rex Perez Bringula

Rex P. Bringula is a professor at the University of the East (UE) College of Computer Studies and Systems. He received his BS Computer Science degree from UE as a Department of Science and Technology scholar. He received his Master in Information Technology and Ph.D. in Technology Management in Technological University of the Philippines. He is active in conducting school- and government-funded research projects, and in participating in local and international conferences. His research interests are in affective computing, cyber-behavior, environmental issues, human-computer interaction, IT education, Internet studies, mobile learning, and web usability.
