Ronald Richards

Ronald J. Richards , MEd, is a recent graduate of the Counseling (Student Affairs) program at East Texas A&M University and serves as the Central Regional Security Program Analyst for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern University at New Orleans and a Certificate in Organizational Development & Management from Villanova University. A retired U.S. Navy veteran with 24 years of service, he has held roles as an Equal Employment Opportunity Program Manager, Career Development Counselor, and Sexual Assault Prevention & Response Advocate, focusing on justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. He is a member of the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
