Sadaya Kubo

Dr. Sadaya Kubo is an Associate Professor at Setsunan University, Faculty of Business Administration, Neyagawa City, Osaka, Japan. He received his PhD in industrial engineering from the Osaka Institute of Technology(1999). He is the information policy and the general plan adviser and a personnel training coordinator at Several Cities. His research interests lie in industrial engineering information management, government digitalization, regional development (focusing of reginal brand and personal training of local government, etc.), Cyber Security and Digital Marketing. He is one of the pioneers of the empirical survey using the Web technology in Japan. Presently, his research is focused on the interaction between public sector (local governments, police organization, and local companies) and the citizens using IoT (Digital Signage, One board PC and Sensing Camera).
