Sebnem H. Duzgun

H. Sebnem Düzgün is professor of Mining Engineering Department at Middle East Technical University (METU), Ankara Turkey. Prof. Düzgün is also affiliated to Geodetic and Geographic Information Technologies Program, Centers of Earthquake Engineering (EEC), Modeling and Simulation (MOSIMMER), Image Analysis Centre (OGAM), Institutes of Applied Mathematics and Informatics at METU. She has been performing research on earthquake and landslide hazard and risk assessment as well as integration of spatial and spatio-temporal data analysis, GIS and remote sensing in earthquake and landslide hazard and risk assessment. She is the author of the book entitled remote sensing of the mine environment. She has ten book chapters and more than 180 publications on the related topics.
