S. Marshall Perry

S. Marshall Perry, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Education at Saint Mary's College of California. He holds a Ph.D. in Administration and Policy Analysis from the Stanford University School of Education and a B.A. with distinction in Political Science from Yale University. Previously, Dr. Perry taught adult basic education, worked at the New York City Board of Education, consulted with public schools involved in restructuring, and evaluated supplemental education programs. In addition to authoring several articles and chapters, Dr. Perry has presented at conferences of the American Educational Research Association, American Evaluation Association, and World Educational Research Association.
