Tammy Hill

Tammy Armant-Hill , PhD., serves as the Supervisor of Child Welfare and Attendance and the Supervisor of Child Nutrition for the City of Baker School System in Louisiana. She holds a doctorate in Public Policy and has an extensive background in educational leadership, including her roles as a former K-8 principal and Supervisor of Exceptional Student Services. Dr. Armant-Hill is dedicated to addressing chronic absenteeism, enhancing student engagement, and ensuring equitable access to nutritious meals for all students. As a hearing officer, she advocates for student success by fostering supportive and inclusive school environments. Driven by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, her work focuses on creating policies and programs that remove barriers to student achievement.
