Teay Shawyun

Teay ShawyunTeay Shawyun is an Associate Professor in Strategic Management and is a Consultant at King Saud University, Saudi Arabia engaged in developing the university’s IQA system, an integrated electronic IQA ITQAN System linking quality-information-planning. He is the President of SEAAIR (South East Asia Association for Institutional Research) and a member of the Thailand Quality Award Board of Assessors. He developed a CHE (Commission on Higher Education) Award winning IQA system in 2009 for Assumption University in Thailand during his tenure as the Director for the Center for Excellence (2003 to 2013). He was awarded the best academic staff award by the APHEIT in 2008 and received various grants and awards for research and conferences. He has 10 years business experience and more than 30 years academic experience teaching MIS, IT and Strategic Management with research interest covering Management of Technology, Strategic Management and Performance Management.
