Theresa Obuobisa-Darko an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management, holds a PhD in Public Administration and Policy Management, an MBA in Human Resource Management, an MA in Organisational Development and a first degree in Home Economics. Theresa has experience in teaching and research. Her research interest includes Leadership in Organisation, Performance Management, Sustainability, Employee and Career Satisfaction, Health and Safety and Employee Engagement. Theresa has published in peer reviewed journals and presented papers at both international and national conferences.
