Timothy C. Bagwell

Timothy Bagwell holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy Analysis and Administration from Saint Louis University. Bagwell was an early developer of political websites, launching SouthernIllinoisDemocrats.org in April 2002. He was a candidate for the U.S. House from Illinois in 2004 and 2010. Bagwell was elected to the Indiana state Democratic convention in 2008. He organized the Richardson for President Illinois Delegate slate in 2007 and was a member of the Presidential endorsement committee for Americans for Democratic Action (ADA). Bagwell teaches Public Administration at Excelsior College in Albany, NY, is Program Coordinator for the Public Administration program at McDaniel College in Westminster.
