Toly Chen

Toly Chen received the B. S. degree, the M S. degree and the Ph. D. degree in industrial engineering from National Tsin Hua University. He is now a Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Systems Management of Feng Chia University, an IEEE member and an IIE senior member. Dr. Chen received IEA/AIE Best Paper Award from Internation Society of Applied Intelligence in 2009. He has more than one hundred publications in journals such as Computers and Industrial Engineering, Fuzzy Sets and Systems, International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology, European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of Intelligent Manufacturing, Neurocomputing, Intelligent Data Analysis, International Journal of Innovative Computing, Information and Control and Applied Soft Computing. He is also on the editorial boards of several journals.
