Valentina Castello, PhD, SAVE senior researcher, has 20 years experience as trainer and as researcher and project manager of national and european projects related to: individual and organizational learning and development; learning processes enhancement, also technology based; competences and jobs demand and supply alignment; social inclusion; entrepreneurship. Trainer, consultant and researcher since 1996, Since 2000 is contract professor at the University of L'Aquila (Economics and Human Science Departments).
