Yuk Kuen Wong

Yuk Kuen Wong holds a Ph.D. in computing sciences from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. She received her masters degree in advanced information systems and Management from The University of New South Wales, Australia, and a bachelor of commerce degree from Curtin University of Technology, Australia. Her research expertise includes software review and quality management. Her main research interest is system and business process improvement. Dr Wong has produced over 20 publications (books, journals and referred conference papers) in the past three years. She is a consulting editor for the Australian Journal on Information Systems, reviewer for IEEE Software and Australian Conference on Information Systems. Dr. Wong is currently teaching at Griffith University, Australia. She taught at UNSW and UTS between 2001 and 2004. Prior her academic appointments, she worked in the areas of enterprise resources planning systems implementation, systems and business processes re-engineering, consulting, e-commerce solutions, logistics, operations and procurement, sales and marketing and product development since 1991.
