Construction and Optimization of Green Supply Chain Management Mode of Agricultural Enterprises in the Digital Economy

1. Introduction

Since the reform and opening up, China has stepped into the international arena and its economy has accelerated its pace of growth. Especially in recent decades, the economy has developed rapidly and the gross national product has increased substantially. Along with the economic development process, a series of environmental problems such as resource reduction, environmental pollution, global warming and other ecological problems have gradually become prominent. With the development of the new normal of the digital economy, the implementation of agricultural green innovation and sustainable development will help agricultural enterprises achieve economic development and transformation, and enhance their competitiveness.

There are many ways for agricultural enterprises to carry out green innovation, such as product innovation, technological innovation, process innovation, and management innovation. In the course of these innovations, the first ones are more common in both theoretical research and practical operation. However, management innovation is a relatively lacking part of current research. Management innovation refers to the innovation related to internal activity management by enterprises. Supply chain, information system, corporate culture, strategic management and other aspects are included. Among them, green information system and green supply chain management (GSCM) are the two most important methods in the process of management innovation. Green information system is to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental pollution through the organization's information system and information technology. GSCM implements the addition of green environmental factors in the entire supply chain management process of an enterprise to realize the green management of the supply chain.
