Abstract

In this article, the authors will analyze the development of the platform from two aspects of demand analysis and design process, and the feasibility of the technology to explore the specific methods of implementation, as well as the design of test cases. A detailed description of the design requirements and functions of the service outsourcing platform, and the flow chart of the platform. The service platform uses a wide range of application of the JAVA language. Complete the verification and preservation of large amounts of data is released on the accuracy of the project in order to facilitate the establishment of the database, with data management based on MySQL. The bottom layer uses the Struts2+Spring3+MyBatis framework. The platform can meet the user release of the project and bidding information management requirements. Also, it has an overall friendly interface, perfect information storage, is accurate, and easy to use.
