The large-scale online open course (MOOC) is a new online learning model in the field of distance open education in recent years. It embodies the learner as the center of the teaching philosophy, changing the traditional network curriculum content fixed, structured features, so that learners access to knowledge from simple linear to complex networks. For the MOOC learning management system framework, it is based on the existing LTSA model to increase the interaction agent and knowledge agent two components, so that the knowledge of the learning resource database can be updated with the progress of the curriculum. Learners can build a learning network through different ways to obtain knowledge.

1. Mooc Overview

With the development of Internet technology and the integration of educational ideas and information technology, the innovation model of distance education based on emerging technologies is emerging. In recent years, a new network curriculum teaching model MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) occurred in the field of distance education. MOOC's emergence of a field of distance education in the field of a digital tsunami, the traditional teaching model has a huge impact by the distance education industry's wide attention.

The learning management system is the main medium of distance open education, and provides strong support for teachers to carry out teaching activities and realize teaching interaction. However, most of the current learning management system framework is mainly for the traditional network courses, it can only support learners on the unilateral access to curriculum knowledge, thus, it is necessary to improve the current learning management system framework to accommodate the MOOC curriculum. Based on the analysis of MOOC teaching model and LTSA model, this paper puts forward a framework of learning management system which conforms to MOOC teaching mode (Sui, 2013).

1.1. Development Background of MOOC Platform in Large Universities

MOOC is “Massive Open Online Course “, the domestic also MOOC translated as “Mu ke” is since 2008, appeared in a kind of Internet-based learning methods. In 2012, the top universities in the United States set up an e-learning platform and offered free courses online. On September 16, 2012, Wikipedia defines MOOC as “a course in which participants are distributed around the network and the course material is also distributed across the network”, and “this course is open, the larger the scale, it will run better.” It is linked to learners and teachers scattered around the world through discussion and communication based on topics or issues. On September 20, 2012, the definition evolved into “MOOC is an online course for open and large-scale participation.” MOOC is both a new development in the field of distance education and a new development of the concept of open education, which is advocated by open educational resources. Although the design of MOOC is somewhat similar to traditional courses, it is typically characterized by its lack of credits. But for the relevant certification, it can also be assessed on the study. (Wikipedia: MOOC, 2012) MOOC is a large-scale online open course, belonging to the remote (open) education category. MOOC is a learner-centered, dynamic learning content is characterized by online communication to provide comprehensive and timely learning feedback free open network courses. In this era background, this department has developed its own MOOC platform development(Li,2013).

1.2. Development Concept of Large MOOC Platform in Colleges and Universities

At present, a variety of online education model continues to introduce new, from the United States Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) launched open courses (OCW, Open Course Ware) to large-scale online open courses (Chinese also known as “Mu Ke”, Multiple Online Open Course, MOOC), from China's network of excellent courses to video open class, and then to the rise of Chinese MOOC in 2012, for college students and other social staff in the study to provide a high quality online educational resources, free online learning Mode and rich online interactive experience (Xu & Zeng, 2007).

MOOC will become an important starting point for higher education to serve the society and to carry out teaching reform. First, the MOOC platform to publish relevant courses, to promote the public education level, enhance the public's learning motivation, enhance the public's learning ability has an important role; Second, MOOC as a platform, can promote the teaching reform of various courses to achieve the teaching concept of the update and teaching model of innovation, to promote student learning diversity, improve the effectiveness of education and teaching efficiency. In this paper, the preparation of MOOC course, the design idea and method of curriculum module, the problems and solutions of the concrete implementation process are discussed, and the future work is forecasted.
