Firstly, difficulties existing in international logistics management and the necessity of international logistics supply chain management are discussed. Secondly, challenges and opportunities of big data technology to cross-border E-commerce are analyzed respectively. Big data logistics and its characteristics are studied in depth. The cross-border e-commerce sales forecast model is established based on GM(1,1), and the proposed model is verified based on case study, simulation results show that the prediction model can improve the prediction precision of sales amount. Finally, integration measurements of big data and cross-border E-commerce are put forward under a suitable local law protection.

1. Introduction

The cross-border e-commerce is a business model relying on Internet, e-commerce platform and big data tools. There is various concepts for conventional e-commerce. The service objects of cross-border e-commerce are trade entities of different countries. In perspective of service content, cross-border e-commerce includes bilateral trade activities. It also includes cross-border payment activities, international logistics and transportation activities that provide auxiliary and supporting functions for trade activities. The global financial crisis broke out in 2008, which caused a heavy blow to the world's major export trade countries, including China. The appear of cross-border e-commerce model not only solved the bottleneck problems of information communication lag, weak information transmission and low security of cross-border payment in traditional international trade. It can also greatly reduce the logistics transportation cost in trade through the integration of logistics resources. It provides a new way for revitalization of international trade (Ying Wang, Fu Jia, Tobias Schoenherr et al.(2020)).

Big data, also known as "massive data", essentially belongs to a data set, with the characteristics of diversified data kinds, huge volume, fast response speed and low data value density. With the sustained growth of science and technology, it has gradually broken through the former structured data category and expanded its application scope. At present, big data includes unstructured data and semi-structural data, which can process huge data efficiently. However, big data needs to be combined with advanced processing mode in practical application to work at full capacity (Zhiyong Liu, Zipei Li (2020)). Big data has a great influence on the development and production of various aspects of life with highly developed information technology, which brings challenges and opportunities to logistics companies. The big technology data is beneficial to enhance the intelligent management of logistics industry and promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce.
