Abstract

At present, most risk management work mainly relies on manpower, and manpower relies on the professional knowledge of relevant skilled workers to discover hidden safety risks in production activities. This article combines relevant big data theories and 4V characteristics to analyze and investigate safety production and big data, study data structure, data source and data type. Using 5W1H scientific big data and applications, this analysis method analyzes the theoretical basis, applications and beneficiaries of big data related to safety production, some of which are application links and important theoretical issues. Secondly, it studies the security risk management model based on big data, proposes a risk management model based on big data, the technical basis of big data and the idea of a three-dimensional model, and applies the systematic space method, which is reflected in three aspects of risk management. In the end, a risk identification model based on big data, a risk assessment classification model, and a risk early warning and pre-control model are defined.

1. Introduction

Today, the world is in an era of major transformation from an industrial economy to a digital economy, and data has become a new element and engine that drives economic and social development. With the rapid development and widespread popularization of information technologies such as cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, blockchain and mobile Internet, the fourth industrial revolution is deeply integrated into society with the characteristics of digitization, networking, and intelligence of information technology. Risk management has a profound and huge impact on all aspects of economic life.

The 14th Five-Year Plan proposes to build an emerging industrial chain, promote the high-end, green and digitalization of traditional manufacturing, and develop smart manufacturing. The proposal of “Made in China 2025” has provided a strong impetus for the manufacturing industry, Informatization, digitization and networking have become a new trend, and its proposal has also brought new opportunities and challenges to the manufacturing industry. Now the order-driven production model has gradually changed the manufacturing process of enterprises. Discrete manufacturing needs to gradually adapt to the needs of multi-variety, small batch, and customized production. Digital innovation for enterprises is of great significance to the manufacturing of enterprises and has become an inevitable choice for them.

With the deepening of digital innovation research, scholars have expounded the concept and connotation from different perspectives. From the perspective of innovation process (Fichman, 2014), Digital innovation is defined as three types, namely: product innovation, process innovation and business model innovation (Abrell, 2016). believe that digital innovation uses digital technology to improve work efficiency, which in turn promotes the innovation process (Nambisan, 2017). conceptualized digital innovation as the process of generating new products, new business processes or new business models from the use of digital technology.

From the perspective of innovation results (Yoo, 2010), defined digital innovation as the use of digital technology and the recombination of physical components to produce new products or provide users with new services. Digitizing believe that digital innovation is the essence of the products (Yoo, 2012), services and operations that digital technology penetrates into the organization, and then the original products and services believe that digital innovation is to embed digital resources into physical materials to produce new products, services and organizations (Jahanmir, 2018).

From a comprehensive perspective of innovation results and innovation process (Bharadwaj, 2013), believe that digital innovation is the use of information, computing, communication and connection technologies in the traditional innovation process to produce new products or services and improve traditional innovation. The production process has changed the original organizational development model and business development model.
