Abstract

Digital marketing-based innovative knowledge management helps people inspire creativity and cultural changes required to advance the organization and satisfy changing business requirements. Knowledge workers can respond more rapidly when they have quicker access to resources and information across the company. A knowledge-based approach views innovation as a process characterized by the knowledge needed to understand how the innovation was created. The term “digital marketing automation” (DMA) refers to software platforms and technologies built for marketing departments and enterprises to sell online and automate tedious tasks more effectively. Digital marketing encompasses all forms of advertising that take place online, including but not limited to websites, search engines, social media, email, and mobile apps. An entirely new approach to big data processing has emerged because of the rise of edge computing in the internet of things environment. As a result of these findings, a distributed neural network cloud-edge computing paradigm is presented.

New customers might be attracted to a firm through digital marketing.(Zhao et al.2021) Communications sent as part of a marketing strategy, such as emails and social media posts or web ads, are all included here.(Jain et al.2021). The term “digital marketing” refers to any marketing campaign that utilizes digital media. The commercial makers will monitor how effectively the ad is doing compared to traditional advertising methods using digital marketing statistics.(Gao et al.2020). Company may easily bring up analytical data to test advertising campaigns and see what is read, glanced at, or purchased. Customers may be reached wherever they are with digital marketing designed for mobile devices(Hu et al.2018). Digital presence and local search optimization are critical in today's world when consumers are increasingly using their mobile devices for online surfingI (Gheisari et al.2021; Amudha et al.2021). Prospective consumers will be perplexed if the company adopts a scattershot strategy for marketing. It's far better to put company money into a focused campaign and then expand on it, all the while keeping the company brand's voice and style consistent(Fu et al.2020). With digital marketing, companies can quickly monitor their reputation and interact with dissatisfied consumers, allowing them to respond to bad publicity before it spreads far and wide(Shahriar et al.2018). It is much preferable to be informed about events as they unfold rather than learning the hard way with the rest of the world. Brands may build trust with their consumers through digital marketing. Following consumers on social media and responding to their comments and questions builds trust and camaraderie while increasing sales(Jain et al.2021; Manogaran et al.2021). Companies can't beat the feeling of connecting with a customer online and then having them come into the shop later to express how much it meant to them that connected. The smallest things a company can do may have a big impact(Amudha et al.2021). Digital marketing has the unique potential to assist businesses in educating their consumers and spreading useful information. Digital marketing can positively impact the lives of others(Manogaran et al.2019).Digital marketing is critical since it allows companies to track and analyze marketing efforts with efficiency. When companies spend money and effort on a campaign, to know whether it impacts a business(Saura et al.2021). Due to the simplicity in which digital marketing enables the company to monitor marketing efforts, users can adjust and improve business outcomes(Herhausen et al.2020). For a modest investment, companies may discover new markets and trade worldwide using a platform called Global Reach. Digital marketing campaigns that are well-planned and well-targeted may reach the appropriate consumers for a fraction of the expense of more conventional approaches(Purwanti et al.2021). An effective digital marketing plan is necessary because of the growing competition.It must be distinctive, catch people's attention, and have a major effect on the market it intends to reach.The major issues in the business development such has technology dependability, time commitment, security, and privacy(El Junusi et al.2020).
