The scopes of questionnaire are teachers in the whole college, teaching-secretary and the external teachers.

As to professional course teacher(such as language and computer)use professional Labs, Labs are classified into multimedia classroom, language classroom and computer room in order to observe teacher’s knowledge about equipment from a certain professional Lab (Table 2).

From Table 2 we can see that there are more then half teachers attend training occasionally, ratio of never attend is 35%.It attribute to unstable way of teacher’s working and partial external teachers. As to these teachers, we are planning to take training at the beginning of term and at odd moments. In order to meet the need of teacher, we will open up educational multimedia training resource database by using Campus Net to provide equipment guide of every kinds of Labs, software and hardware guides and elimination way of errors in equipment for easy to self-study.
In addition, from Table 2 we can see that equipments with that more than 20% teachers are unfamiliar are projector, DVD, Video Conference, Language Lab equipments (DVD, cassette and so on).The results show clearly that external teachers haven’t got enough training. It is the main part of training content for us.
