Abstract

The issue of disability is one of the most important social issues in all human societies. Disability has become particularly important as a result of the statistics done by many international organizations and bodies. These statistics have strikingly confirmed high rates of disabilities. It is worth noting that these high rates of disability are viewed as a real waste of human resources in the human society, where human resources are one of the most important elements of its development. Every child who is born in a family and diagnosed as a disabled child with one of the motor, mental, sensory or social disabilities makes changes in the social environment where he or she lives. The change starts in concepts and determinants of family members' understanding of the new situation.

Man represents the capital of the society, the source of its strength through its potentials, energies, and the ability to change, and participate in the issues of society, and its role in the process of construction, and development is the cornerstone for achieving comprehensive development in society, and the means of development.

The successive developments in the Internet have contributed to the emergence of the importance of the human being is determined by the amount of awareness, awareness, skills, tendencies and desires, and the right place to develop these tendencies. The desires are the school, which is one of the most important social patterns created by society to meet the needs of its members in socialization and education. Because it has an educational role for the members of the society that keeps abreast of the social and technological developments of life in addition to its role in the formation of the personality of the individual and its different patterns of behavior. It is the task of all students in the school, especially the social worker (supervisor) who is burdened with the burden and the greater role of the need to help students overcome the various difficulties, And the positions that may face them and overcome them, and supervise them and guide them to the right way, and hence comes the importance of the work of social worker, who provides social guidance school in helping students to achieve social adaptation to their environments, and discover their talents, and identify their preparations and abilities to be active and positive role In society and progress.

Research Problem

Social guidance and its various programs have become an important part of the educational and educational process within the school. It is an integral part of it to build the social personality and the integrated humanity of students in all aspects. This is done only in the presence of a social worker who deals with individuals, the role of a social worker or counselor is to prepare, organize, organize, organize and organize school-based social services, provide students with information and general information about pupils and their situations, and assist them in achieving adaptation. It will limit their effectiveness both inside the school and at home with friends, teachers or family members and follow them on the basis of study, diagnosis, and plans for their treatment, because one of the most important tasks entrusted to them is to help the learner to understand himself, and knowledge Abilities, discover outstanding and gifted students and overcome their difficulties to achieve psychological and social harmony, build a personality that is capable of change and adapt to the ocean. However, many studies have shown that there are many obstacles that stand in the way of the social worker, and the transformation between him and the achievement of the message entrusted to him in providing the assistance and help needed by the students, and thus the problem of research in the following main question:

What are the obstacles to the work of the social worker in the school?

Research Importance

The importance of the research comes from the importance of the role played by the social worker in the school in guiding the students, guiding them, helping them to achieve adaptation, the correct social harmony with the environment in which they live, and the existence of many difficulties and the obstacles that stand in front of him and prevent him from playing his role in school with the students in an optimal manner that achieves the goal of the social extension process.
