Economic progress and improving living standards of the population depends largely on the provision of high economic growth. Due to study of Aslanishvili (2020), recent trend of the leading countries with well-developed financial market and its infrastructure heavily depends on efficient capital market using its tools to green economy via green bonds and regulatory requirements.

In that field, the first step is to have the well-developed and competitive financial market. In our study, we have overviewed the present conditions and challenges faced the Stock Market of Georgia.
