Sanjay Misra , a Sr. member of IEEE and ACM Distinguished Lecturer, is a Senior Scientist at the Institute for Energy Technology(IFE), Halden, Norway. Before joining IFE, he was associated with the Computer Science and Communication department of Østfold University College, Halden, Norway, and was a Full Professor (since Jan 2010) of Computer (Software) Engineering at Covenant University (400-500 ranked by THE(2019)) since 2012 yrs. He holds PhD. in Information & Knowledge Engg(Software Engg)from the University of Alcala, Spain & M.Tech.(Software Engg) from MLN National Institute of Tech, India.As per SciVal (SCOPUS- Elsevier) analysis (on 01.12.2021). He has been the most productive researcher (Number 1) in Nigeria since 2017 (in all disciplines), in computer science no 1 in the country & no 2 in the whole of Africa. Total around 700 articles (SCOPUS/WoS) with 500 coauthors worldwide (-150 JCR/SCIE) in the core & appl. area of Software Engineering, Web engineering, Health Informatics, Cybersecurity,Intelligent systems,AI,etc. He has been amongst the top 2% of scientists in the world (published by Standford University) for last 3 years.
Ricardo Colomo-Palacios, Full Professor at the Computer Science Department of the Østfold University College, Norway . Formerly he worked at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain. His research interests include applied research in Information Systems, software project management, people in software projects and social and Semantic Web. He received his PhD in Computer Science from the Universidad Politécnica of Madrid (2005). He also holds a MBA from the Instituto de Empresa (2002). He has been working as Software Engineer, Project Manager and Software Engineering Consultant in several companies including Spanish IT leader INDRA. He is also an Editorial Board Member and Associate Editor for several international journals and conferences and Editor in Chief of International Journal of Human Capital and Information Technology Professionals.
