Mikhail Kuznetsov is a professional corporate director, corporate governance and strategic management expert. Director, System transformation Center, Moscow State University. He has more than 15 years of experience in investment and management consulting, working in one of the largest financial development institutions - IFC, World Bank Group. More than 10 years of experience in the Board of Directors in large and middle-sized companies in finance, energy, transport, food sectors. Founder of the National Association of Corporate Directors (more than 400 participants, 25 cities). He is member of the Expert Committee on Corporate Governance under Federal Agency for State Property Management, Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Candidate of Economic Sciences, MBA lector at RANEPA (Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration), and MSU (Lomonosov Moscow State University), He is a author of 3 books and more than 50 articles on corporate governance and strategic management. Worked with OECD as an expert on the development of national corporate governance standards. Works with the WEF on the topics “Transformation map of Russia”, “AI in city governance”. The winner of the annual management competition “Leaders of Russia” - 2019.

Maria Nikishova is head of Corporate Governance practice in The Center for Corporate Development “Topcompetence”. She is head of the annual research “The National Corporate Governance Index” in Russia. Expert of the System Transformation Center, Moscow State University. IFC Corporate governance consultant. She is a lecturer and PhD-student of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. She is a author and editor in chief of the media on corporate governance Corpshark.ru. Mrs. Nikishova specializes in digital business transformation, corporate governance and artificial intelligence technologies.
