Editor/Author Biographies

Noor Hazlina Ahmad, Ph.D., is currently DEAN and Professor at the School of Management USM. She joined the university after completing her PhD at the University of Adelaide, Australia. She teaches entrepreneurship and organizational behavior related subjects. She also supervises PhD and MA students in the field of entrepreneurship and SMEs. Currently, she serves as the President of the Asian Academy of Management and sits on the editorial board of the Asian Academy of Management Journal. She is also actively involved with consultation programs and served as a facilitator for community, entrepreneurship and leadership projects. Her research interests are in the areas of Entrepreneurship, SMEs and Organizational Behavior.

Qaisar Iqbal is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in organizational behavior at School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia. He has published many research papers in international and national journals including VINE Journal of Information and Knowledge management Systems, Business Information Review, Global Business Review, Journal of Science and Technology Policy Management, Administrative Sciences, Global IGI, World Journal of Science, Technology and Sustainable Development, and The Lahore Journal of Business. Currently, he is also the editorial board member of Probe-Business & Management, Insight-Information, Probe-Accounting, auditing, and taxation, International Journal of Economics, Finance, and Management and Journal of Business Administration Research. He had visited Universiti Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Indonesia and Minjiang University, China as an invited Guest Speaker in 2018 and 2019.

Hasliza Abdul Halim, Ph.D., is currently an Associate Professor at School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia. She received her PhD from University of Malaya, Malaysia. She has been lecturing for many years on subjects such as HRM, Management, Strategic Management, Communication and others. She is also experienced in the use of modeling and application of software such as AMOS and SPSS. She currently serves as an editorial board member of the Asian Academy of Management Journal (AAMJ). She has presented her research works at various international conferences including the Australia and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM), HRM conference and Global Academy of Business and Economics Research. She has also published in high impact journals such as Journal of Business, Economics and Management, Total Quality Management and Business Excellence. Additionally, she also published in various journals including Journal of Human Resource Costing & Accounting, Singapore Management Reviews, Business Strategies Series, International Journal of Economics and Management and Journal of International Business and Entrepreneurship and received a number of best paper awards.Abdullah Al Humaidan is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in organizational behavior at School of management, Universiti Sains Malaysia.
