Editor/Author Biographies

Archana Shrivastava is presently working at Jaypee Business School, Noida. Her research interest is in the field of e-commerce, online consumer buying behavior and application of blockchain technology in business to achieve sustainability. She has publications in the ABDC indexed A, ABS, Scopus indexed journals. She has been conferred APJ Abdul Kalam award for research excellence and Emerald Highly Commended Paper Award 2018.

Geetika Jain is currently working as Assistant Professor at Faculty of Management Studies, Amity University, Noida, India. She has received her PhD from Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, (Previously known as UP Technical University, Lucknow) India, MBA in Management from IBS, Hyderabad and B. Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. She has worked in GE- Fleet solutions, IMRS, LINTAS previously. Her research interests include e-commerce, online marketing, and social media marketing. She has published papers in National and International Journals including Scopus and ABDC indexed papers.
