Sumita Dave is an accomplished academician with extensive experience in management education. Currently serving as a Deputy Pro Vice Chancellor, Dean of the Faculty of Management & Commerce and Director of Amity Business School at Amity University Chhattisgarh, she excels in academic leadership, curriculum design, and industry collaboration. With a notable track record as Principal and Professor at various institutions, she has significantly contributed to program development and faculty training. She is also a registered supervisor for a Ph.D. at Amity University, Raipur. Six scholars have been awarded Ph.D. degrees under her supervision. Dr. Dave's research prowess shines through numerous publications and presentations in national and international conferences, focusing on areas such as retail, organizational transformation, and emotional intelligence. She has more than 90 publications to her credit in SCI and UGC CARE-listed journals, national and international journals with ISSNs with high impact factor. She has a notable record of establishing Centers of Excellence and has delivered numerous lectures, keynote addresses, and guest lectures at various management institutes. Her expertise in administration, teaching, and research positions her as a prominent figure in the field of management education.

Monica Sainy is a professor of Marketing at Amity Business School, Amity University, Chhattisgarh. Prior to this, she had worked with various reputed universities and institutes in Indore, namely Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, as an Associate Professor of Marketing Management at the CH Institute of Management & Commerce, Acropolis Faculty of Management & Research, Chameli Devi Group of Institutes, and Laxmi Narayan College of Technology, Indore. As a faculty, She has been teaching marketing and general management subjects. She is also a registered supervisor for a Ph.D. at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalya, Indore, and Amity University, Chhattisgarh, Raipur. Three scholars have been awarded Ph.D. degrees under her supervision, and two scholars have submitted their theses under her guidance. She also completed a minor research project in MPCOST on E-Learning: Issues, Challenges, and Implementation at Schools in M.P.” and published three edited books entitled “Innovation, Invention, and Industrialization: Emerging Issues (2017) and Diverse, Divergent, and Innovative Research: Contemporary Issues,” published by Excel Books, New Delhi, and “Digital Transformation for Sustainability: Opportunities and Challenges (2019),” published by Excellent Publishing House, New Delhi. She had more than 50 publications to her credit in SCI and UGC CARE-listed journals, national and international journals with ISSNs with high impact factors, research papers in edited books with ISBN numbers, and conference proceedings at the national and international levels. She has conducted several research-based workshops, case-writing workshops, seminars, and conferences on various themes. She is also a reviewer in “The Asian Journal of Business and Management (AJBM) having an ISSN of 2321–2802, and was also nominated as Editor-in-Chief in “The Innovare Journal of Business Management and Research.”
Disha Sharma is a Finance Faculty, Presently working as an Assistant Professor at Amity Business School, Amity University Chhattisgarh. She has done qualified UGC-NET & SET, did master in three subjects, and completed her Ph.D. from Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University, Raipur. She has five years of teaching experience. She has published many papers on her credit of national and international repute. She has also written many book chapters in International and Scopus indexed books. She also has experience as Co-Principal Investigator in ICSSR Project and currently working on many other projects. She has presented various research papers at national and international conferences. She is a lifetime member of the All Indian Commerce Association and All India Accounting Association.
Anupam Singh is a Lecturer in Digital Marketing & Analytics. Prior to joining the University of Stirling, Dr Singh was a post-doc research fellow at the Nicolaus Copernicus University, Poland. He earned a Ph.D. from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Bhopal, India. He is a recipient of a prestigious junior research fellowship (JRF) and Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) award from the University Grant Commission (UGC), New Delhi, India. He also received a Faculty Research Fellowship from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, India (SFRF-2020). Dr Singh is a researcher specializing in the study of algorithmic consumption in digital environments. His research focuses on understanding how algorithms influence behavior, decision-making processes, and consumption patterns in the digital realm. Another aspect of his research focuses on the application of big data and machine learning techniques to analyze the motivations and barriers to sustainable consumption. His research attempts to answer how individuals’ pro-social and pro-environmental behavior can make our planet more resilient and sustainable.
