Dr. Michelle W. L. Fong is a lecturer in the School of Applied Economics, Victoria University in Australia. Prior to her academic and research career, she worked with different business systems in different corporations in Singapore, Malaysia, China and Australia. This gave her an insight into the information technology applications within these organizations.
