Reviews & Statements

Constitutional Knowledge and Its Impact on Citizenship Exercise in a Networked Society is a publication that reflects on the knowledge and learning that one has about the Constitutions, principles, values and rights that are contained therein and how that knowledge influences the exercise of an enlightened citizenship.

The publication is aimed at anyone who wants to gain more knowledge about constitutional principles in terms of Criminal Law, Family and Succession Law, Tax Law, Administrative Law, among other areas of law specialization, including Constitutional Law.

Throughout the studies carried out in the area of citizenship and law, it became clear that it is a weakness of most people, to understand why they are obliged to exercise their right to participate, but also that the ignorance of the Constitution results in poorly founded speeches.

It intends to contribute to the enrichment of the academic field in these areas, to promote the development of Social Sciences in general (including Legal Sciences and Communication Sciences) and to contribute to the reflection on the importance of knowledge of the Constitutions.
