Carlton is a member of the Professional Speakers Association (PSA), an executive board member of the Association of Business Mentors (ABM), A fellow of the Association of Professional Sales (APS), keynote speaker and facilitator. Not only is Carlton a hands-on sales specialist, but he has the academic depth to support his strategies. His PhD research has created a new framework and methodology that transforms teams. mindsets and skillsets. Carlton has 25 years of experience and academic learning that create winning teams. He is dynamic, energetic, pragmatic and motivational. His focus on both sales peak performance and improving the peak performance of teams is evident. He has written within academic peer reviewed articles on sales leadership and emotional intelligence and published a book on corporate social responsibility and strategic market positioning for organisational success.
