Editor/Author Biographies
N. Oyku Iyigun is the Director of Leadership and Entrepreneurship Research Center and also an Associate Professor of Strategy and Management at Istanbul Commerce University. Dr. Iyigun has a BS in International Relations from Istanbul University (2004), an MBA (International Business Administration) from Marmara University (2005) and a Ph.D. in Management and Organization from Marmara University (2011). She has taught a wide range of courses at both graduate and undergraduate levels such as Strategic Management & Business Policy, International Business, Managerial Skills & Strategic Leadership, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Business Ethics, Human Resource Management, International Entrepreneurship, Digital Entrepreneurship, Management & Organization, Organizational Culture, Organizational Behavior and Family Business Management for 6 years. Dr. Iyigun has a lot of publications, book chapters and books on strategic management, entrepreneurship, sustainability, CSR and ethics. Her research interests focus on social entrepreneurship, leadership and global aspects of management. Dr. Iyigun is a Senator of Junior Chamber International and an active member of Young Entrepreneurs Committee of The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and she is the current President of Research and Publications Committee. Dr. Iyigun is the 2017-year winner of “The National Young Academician under the Age of Forty who is Adjudged to have made a Significant Contribution to Economy” award from the Independent Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association (MÜSIAD) Youth Committee in Turkey.
