Description & Coverage
Description:

A 10-year study conducted by the online learning consortium shows that about 6.7 million students have taken at least one online course, and about 32% of higher education students take at least one online course during their educational journey. And with each passing year, the figures continue to rise. Curriculum development is an essential part of imparting higher education. Curriculums are a base of academic learning and practical experiences in higher education. The process of developing curriculum entails defining a sequence of imparting knowledge and learning objectives for the students. Curriculum development can be challenging and some institutions spend millions of dollars trying to figure it out, often overspending and overcomplicating processes. More information and resources are needed in this area.
