Asa Romeo Asa is a dedicated executive with a keen interest in transformational leadership, strategic management, business development, competitive intelligence, and sustainability, all geared towards enhancing organizational performance and success. He is also a passionate researcher committed to contributing to the global ranking, reputation, and advancement of the academic and business ecosystem through impactful research and consultancy. With a profound understanding of entrepreneurship, business strategy, and project management, Asa is motivated to foster learning and growth in both academic and business domains. Asa has held various leadership positions, including Director at the Namibian-German Institute for Logistics (NGIL), Associate Professor in Business Management, Head of Department, Acting Head of Department, and Deputy Head of Department at the Namibia University of Science Technology. He has also served as a Senior Lecturer, Associate Dean of Research and Innovation, Managing Consultant at Epic Frontiers CC, and Editor in Chief of the Journal of International Business Research and Marketing. Education PhD in Management Science (Management Strategy), Wuhan University of Technology MSc in International Business Law, University of Salford Master of Business Administration (MBA), Wuhan University of Technology MSc in Oil and Gas with Energy Management (in progress), University of East London Master of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (in progress), Namibia University of Science and Technology Bachelor of Technology in Business Administration, Polytechnic of Namibia Post-graduate Certificate in Higher Education, Namibia University of Science and Technology.
Johanna Pangeiko Nautwima holds a robust academic background which includes her recent completed Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Namibia (2024) and a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, India (2018). With extensive work experience, notably as a Regional Development and Regional Integration Consultant at the African Development Bank Group, she has demonstrated economic and business research proficiency, contributing to influential knowledge and projects. Her industry experience in business development, construction management, and research consultancy roles positively underscores her versatile skill set. In the academic realm, she has authored numerous publications covering topics such as the unemployment-entrepreneurship nexus, organizational growth, and regional financial integration. Overall, her professional profile combines a diverse skill set, substantial work experience, and notable research contributions, showcasing a well-rounded and accomplished profile in the fields of business, economics, and regional development.
