Editor/Author Biographies
Kadir Beycioglu, PhD, is an associate professor of Educational Administration at Dokuz Eylul University Buca Faculty of Education in the Department of Educational Sciences, Izmir, Turkey. His study topics are mainly on educational change, school development, and educational leadership. He is also interested in the ethical use of ICT in education. He is a member of the International Study of Principal Preparation (ISPP) project and International School Leadership Development Network – Social Justice Leadership Strand by BELMAS and UCEA. He has published several articles in leading international journals including Teaching and Teacher Education, Computers and Education, Educational Assessment, Evaluation and Accountability, Journal of Management Development, Journal of School Public Relations, and KEDI Journal of Educational Policy. He has also acted as guest editor for some international journals and books and has published chapters in books. Dr. Beycioglu is the founding editor of the International Journal of Cyber Ethics in Education (IGI) and has been serving as a member of the editorial board or as reviewer for some leading journals such as Journal of Mixed Methods Research (SAGE), Learning and Individual Differences (ELSEVIER), Journal of Research on Technology in Education (ISTE), International Journal of Leadership in Education: Theory & Practice- (Taylor & Francis), Computers & Education - (ELSEVIER), International Journal of Educational Development (ELSEVIER), International Journal of Teacher Leadership and the Qualitative Report. He has been a member of the European Educational Research Association, British Educational Leadership, Management & Administration Society, and the Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management.
