Dr. Sangeeta Sharma is Professor of Public Administration at the University of Rajasthan, India. She is a prolific researcher who has extensively contributed to the field of digital governance. She has constructed many conceptual constructs, which are internationally acknowledged. She is on International Editorial Board of different Journals and is on International Program Committees. Her academic acumen is reflected in her published works in National and International reputed publications. She is on expert panel and is often invited to deliver discourse on her constructs. She is believer of original and thought provoking ideas which are of prognostic nature. She has also conducted quasi-experimental research measuring co-associational values amongst psychological variables. Her book on Transformational Pathways: Attainable Utopias is a well acknowledged work. He is progressive in her thought and writings.
Dr. Pankaj Nagar is Associate Professor in Department of Statistics, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur (Rajasthan),India. He did his M.Sc. in Statistics in 1986,M.Phil. (Statistics) in 1987 and Ph.D. (Reeliability Analysis) in 1992. In addition to teaching assignment he is guiding Ph.D. Scholars in the area of Applied Statistics, Data Mining, and Computational Statistics. He has multiple number of papers published in national and international journals and proceedings. He is an author of six books in the area of Statistics and Computer Applications.
Inderjeet Singh Sodhi has a B.Sc., M.A.(Public Administration), M.A.(Pol.Sc.), Ph.D. Dr. Sodhi has been the Head of the Department of Public Administration in St. Wilfred’s College (Affiliated to the University of Rajasthan), Jaipur, India since 1st July, 2001. Dr. Sodhi has also worked as an Associate Professor (Public Administration) in the University of Dodoma (Tanzania, Africa) since 31st March, 2011, to March 2013. Dr. Sodhi has 30 articles published in reputed journals on the issues of policy, governance, ICT, e-governance, development, planning, etc. Dr. Sodhi has attended international conferences in Mumbai and Delhi (India), Istanbul (Turkey), and Dar es Salaam (Tanzania), and national conferences/workshops/seminars. Dr. Sodhi’s areas of work include policy, governance, ICT, e-government, reform, planning, development, local government, urban development, civil society, etc.
