Nisha Dhanraj Dewani has done her LL.B and LLM (corporate law) from Jamia Millia Islamia (India) and submitted her thesis on a subject of patent. She has practiced as a lawyer in Delhi High Court for 3 years. Besides she worked with reputed law firm and senior partners handling IPR matters for 2 years. In addition, she holds more than 9 years’ experience in academics. She qualified the U.G.C. NET and JRF in 2010. Her major area of academic interest includes Intellectual Property rights, International Commercial Law and Public International Law. She has many research papers in various national and international reputed law journals. She has received number of letters of appreciation not only from the academic institutions but from different law journals for her contributions. She has presented many research papers in various seminars and conferences. She has worked with UNICEF and many reputed NGOs. Also she has judged many National and International Moot Court Competition. Presently she is working with Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies (School of Law).

Zubair Ahmed Khan is a Ph.D. from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, India in the area of biodiversity law and biopiracy. His specialization is in IPR, Corporate Law, Criminal Law and Environmental Law. He is a member of the All India Law Teachers Congress, the Indian Institute of Public Administration and various academic bodies. He held the position of faculty coordinator of Legal Entrepreneurship and Incubation Cell, & ADR Cell at USLLS, GGSIPU and organized many conferences and seminars at school level. Dr. Khan is a resource person at national institutions like ICSI, NIOS and many law schools across the country. He is also a resource person at many international forums and law schools established in UK, Bangladesh, Indonesia, etc. Apart from participating and presenting papers in various seminars and conferences across the country and aboard, Dr. Khan has numerous publications in reputed national and international journals and authored three edited books to his credit.

Aarushi Agarwal is an alumna from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, India. She passed her LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from Faulty of Law, Delhi University. She is pursuing her Ph. D from MAU, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. She has worked as an Advocate associate with AAC law firm for five years. She holds litigation experience of more than five years in criminal, matrimonial and service matters. She has worked on various PILs on health and education related issues in association with Social Jurist NGO. Her areas of interest are Procedural Laws and Cyber law. She holds teaching experience of more than three years.

Mamta Sharma has been working as an Assistant Professor of Law in Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, India. She is also the Head of the department of School of Law, Justice and Governance. She has been teaching Contract Law, Arbitration, Labour Law and Criminology. She also owes to her credit more than dozens of publications in National and International journals.

Shaharyar Asaf Khan has more than 10 years of experience in academics. He has authored various research papers which have been published in UGC recognized and peer-reviewed journals and has also chapter contributions in various edited books. Dr. Khan has also presented papers in various International and national seminars and conferences. He has been invited as a Guest Speaker and Resource Person in various Law schools, NGOs and other forums. Dr. Khan is currently an Associate Professor in School of Law, Manav Rachna University, Faridabad, Haryana.
