Naval Garg is an Assistant Professor (HR and OB) at University School of Management and Entrepreneurship, Delhi Technological University, New Delhi. He holds four years of teaching and six years of industry experience. His research areas of interest are workplace spirituality, gratitude, techno-ethics, and human-machine interactions. He has published more than forty papers in various national and international journals.
Bijender Punia has worked as Vice Chancellor, Dean, Director and Head at various institutions, Prof. B.K. Punia is currently working as Professor, Haryana School of Business, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar. He has the privilege of establishing and furthering various institutions in capacity and with attainments. To mention a few, Academic Staff College of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar was reviewed as Front-runner Performer with Highest Score in the country by NAAC, Bangalore during his founding Directorship. He has completed 07 UGC/Industry sponsored Major/Minor Research Projects and authored/edited 9 books. He has published more than hundred (136) papers in various national & international journals and edited books. 25 scholars have already completed their Ph.D. Degree, 9 more are pursuing their Ph.D. under his supervision. As a faculty trainer, he has organized more than 100 academic events like Seminars, Conferences, Workshops, Orientation Programmes, Refresher Courses and Summer & Winter Schools etc. Prof. Punia has the honour of being awarded with Visishtha Samman; Life Time Achievement Award; Appreciation Letter from NYKS, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, GOI; Distinguished Academic Leader Award; and Iconic Faculty Award.
