Jesús Manuel Palma-Ruiz is a full-time Professor at Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua in Mexico, teaching at graduate and undergraduate levels. Ph.D. (Hons.) in Business and Entrepreneurial Management. Belongs to the National System of Researchers of the National Council for Science and Technology (SNI-CONACYT), and holds the Desirable Profile for Full-time Professors by The Mexican Secretariat of Public Education (PRODEP-SEP). More than 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Collaborator in research groups in Mexico and Spain. Published in scientific journals and co-edited books with IGI Global and Springer International editorials. Former scholar for the Walton International Program in the USA, Carolina Foundation in Spain, and CONACYT in Mexico.

José Manuel Saiz-Álvarez has a Ph.D. in Economics & Business Administration, Autonomous University of Madrid (Spain). Ph.D. in Sociology, Pontifical University of Salamanca (Spain). He has also studied at the Royal Complutense College at Harvard, and University of South Florida, University Lumière-Lyon II (France), and Tallinn University (Estonia). Academic Director for Business Administration Doctoral Studies, Nebrija University (Spain). Visiting Professor at TEC de Monterrey (Mexico), EAN University (Colombia), and the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil (Ecuador). Honorary Professor, Autonomous University of Madrid (Spain). President of FIEC Institute. Member of the Latin-American Family Business Net. Co-founder of the International Center of Research on Solidarity Economy. Certificate of Recognition, Capitol House of Representatives of Puerto Rico. Diploma of Honor, Valahia University of Targoviste (Romania). Member of the Scientific Research Council, Kielce University (Poland). Member of the Editorial Board and referee of numerous national and international journals. Who’s Who in the World, from the 2011 Edition. He has given more than one hundred lectures in Europe and America, and is author of more than two hundred publications in his specialty. To date he has supervised 74 doctoral theses from students from Argentina, Colombia, Spain, USA, Guatemala, Italy, Mexico and Venezuela.

Ángel Herrero-Crespo is a Full Professor of Marketing at the University of Cantabria (SPAIN). His main lines of work are tourism marketing, branding, consumer behavior and the application of ICT to marketing management. He is currently the Head Researcher in the Marketing Intelligence R & D & i Group and President of the Spanish Association of Academic and Professional Marketing (AEMARK). He has published over 45 scientific articles published in prestigious international and national journals (32 in publications referenced in the JCR index, 7 in the SJR index, and the remaining 6 in the INRECS index). In particular, 14 of its articles have been published in First Quartile journals of the index JCR. He is the author of 10 book chapters published in collective research works and has presented over 50 papers at national and international conferences. He has supervised five doctoral theses and is currently directing another two. Finally, he has participated in more than 40 research projects with public and private funding.
