Miltiadis Lytras is a world-class expert in the fields of cognitive computing, information systems, digital transformation and smart cities, computers in human behavior, and knowledge management. He is an expert in advanced computer science and management, editor, lecturer, and research consultant, with extensive experience in academia and the business sector in Europe and Asia. He served as the Editor in Chief of the International Journal in Semantic Web and Information Systems. Afnan Alkhaldi, the Acting Assistant Dean for the Arab Open University, is a distinguished academic and consultant with a profound impact on the development of Smart Cities and Information Systems. Her expertise is showcased through her significant role in consulting for Kuwait Economic Cities, particularly in the pioneering smart city project, Al-Hareer City. With a Ph.D. in operation and information management, she brings nearly a decade of experience to her field, emphasizing eGovernance and operational efficiencies. Dr. Afnan's innovative approach, coupled with her ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse environments, positions her as a key figure in driving forward Kuwait's smart city initiatives.

Patricia Ordóñez de Pablos , from the Department of Business Administration in the Faculty of Economics and Business at The University of Oviedo, Spain, was named on “Stanford University’s Ranking of the World Scientists: World’s Top 2% Scientists” list for her research in social sciences field in 2021, 2022 and 2023. Her teaching and research interests focus on the areas of strategic management, digital economy, knowledge management, intellectual capital, and information technologies, with a special interest in Asia (Bhutan, China, and Myanmar). She is the Editor-in-Chief of IGI Global’s International Journal of Asian Business and Information Management (IJABIM), as well as editor for a number of IGI Global book publications and full book series.
