Editor/Author Biographies
Kwok Tai Chui received the B.Eng. degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering – Business Intelligence Minor, with first-class honor, from City University of Hong Kong in 2013, where he is a Ph.D. candidate and is fully completed at the winter in 2017. He was the recipient of international awards in several IEEE events. For instance, he received the 2nd Prize Award (Postgraduate Category) of 2014 IEEE Region 10 Student Paper Contest, and Best Paper Award in IEEE The International Conference on Consumer Electronics-China, in both 2014 and 2015. He has been serving as Guest Editors in Journal of Internet Technology, Managing Editor inInternational Journal on Semantic Web and Information Systemss, International Advisory Board in International Journal of Healthcare Information Systems and Informatics, Editorial Advisory Board in Journal of Science and Technology Policy Management, Associate Editor in International Journal of User-Driven Healthcare and International Journal of Public Health Management and Ethics, Editorial Review Board of 6 journals, Technical Program Committee in The International Conference on Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology (since 2015), The International Conference on Electronics, Communications and Networks (since 2016) and Wireless Telecommunications Symposium (since 2016).
Dr Miltiadis D. Lytras is a visiting researcher at Effat University. Dr Lytras is a world-class expert in the fields of cognitive computing, information systems, technology-enabled innovation, social networks, computers in human behavior, and knowledge management. He is an expert in advanced computer science and management, editor, lecturer, and research consultant, with extensive experience in academia and the business sector in Europe and Asia. He served as the Editor in Chief of the International Journal in Semantic Web and Information Systems. He has co-edited more than 110 high impact factor special issues in ISI/Scopus indexed journals and co-Edited/Authored more than 80 books in international publishers including Elsevier, Emerald, IGI-Global, Springer, etc. Dr Lytras has co-authored more than 120 high impact factor papers in Q1 and Q2, Web of Science and Scopus indexed Journals such as: IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering; IEEE Internet Computing; IEEE Transactions on Education; IEEE Access; Future Generation Computer Systems; Journal of Business Research; International Journal of Information Management; Journal of Innovation and Knowledge; Technological forecasting and Social Change; Journal of Ambient Technology and Humanized Computing; World Wide Web Journal; Computers in Human Behavior; Studies in Higher Education; Telematics and Informatics; Information Systems Management; IJ of Engineering Education; Journal of Universal Computer Science; Journal of Knowledge Management; British Journal on Education Technology; Interactive Learning Environment; Educational Technology and Society; Behavior and Information Technology, etc. Dr. Lytras has a 25 years’ experience on Research and Development projects and grants with significant skills and competencies to the successful conceptualization, financing and implementation of R&D projects with extensive experience in Europe, Middle East, and Far East. Ryan Wen Liu received the B.Sc. degree (Hons.) in information and computing science from the Department of Mathematics, Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in mathematical imaging from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, in 2015. He was a Visiting Scholar with the College of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Shenzhen University, Shenzhen, China, and also with the Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (A*STAR), Singapore. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Navigation, Wuhan University of Technology. His research interests include computer vision, trajectory data mining, machine learning, and computational navigation sciences. He is an Associate Editor of the International Journal on Semantic Web and Information Systems.

Mingbo Zhao received the PhD degree from the Department of Electronic Engineering, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, in Feb. 2013 and worked as a research associate in the Department of Electronic Engineering, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong from Sep. 2012 to Jun. 2016. He is currently a Full Professor with Donghua University, China. His current interests include data mining, machine learning, pattern recognition, and their applications. He has authored/co-authored 100 papers published at prestigious international journals and conferences, e.g., the IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, the IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, the IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, the ACM Transactions on Intelligent Systems and Technology, the Pattern Recognition, the Computer Vision and Image Understanding (CVIU), the Information Sciences, Neural Networks, etc. He is a member of the IEEE.
