Editor/Author Biographies
J. John Jeyasekar graduated from Bishop Heber College, Tiruchirapalli, India specializing in Library, Information and Documentation Science. He obtained MLIS Degree and also PG Diploma in Library Automation and Networking from Annamalai University, India. In addition to these degrees, he was awarded Diploma in French by the University of Madras, India and PhD in Science Mapping by the Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, India. He has more about thirty years of professional experience. He completed his internship under Prof.T.K.S.Iyengar at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and started his career as a school librarian. At present he is the librarian of the Tamil Nadu State Forensic Sciences Department, India. He is a life member of the Society for Advancement of Library and Information Science (SALIS). He has 10 research papers in national and international journals and 2 book chapters to his credit. He has also presented 6 papers in national conferences.
P. Saravanan is presently working as a College Librarian (S.G) at Lekshmipuram College of Arts & Science, Neyyoor-629802, Tamilnadu, India. In addition to Library Science, he also has a Master Degree in Mathematics and Education. Before joining as a Librarian at Lekshmipuram College, he has worked as a Lecturer in Mathematics and Hon. Lecturer in Mathematics at Kerala University Teacher Education Centers. He has qualified UGC-NET examination both in Library Science and Education, he has published a book titled 'Secret of Success in UGC-NET Examination. More than 25 articles in Journals and more than 40 papers in conferences as his scholarly output. Moreover, he has successfully completed two UGC-Minor Research Project in Library Science, and 4 scholars have completed Ph.D in Library Science.
