Editor/Author Biographies
Aroon P. Manoharan is an Associate Professor in the McCormack Graduate School of Policy and Global Studies at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. He is also the Graduate Program Director in the Department of Public Policy and Public Affairs. His research interests include e-government, IT pedagogy, performance measurement and reporting, strategic planning, public management, government public relations, and comparative public administration. He received his Ph.D. from the School of Public Affairs and Administration, Rutgers University-Newark and MPA from Kansas State University. As Associate Director of the E-Governance Institute at Rutgers-Newark, he directed major initiatives including the Digital Governance in Municipalities Worldwide Surveys, and the U.S. States and Municipalities E-Governance Surveys.
