Reviews & Statements

This publication has been indexed in the Book Citation Index Humanities and Social Sciences Edition and the Book Citation Index Science Edition.

"New forms of law and new doctrinal questions are arising due to the new economic and social realities driven by technological changes. An in-depth study is therefore required in order to look at and reflect upon the phenomena taking place, in order to determine with greater precision the direction in which the changes cited are leading us and the way in which to avoid risks."

– Agusti Cerrillo, Open University of Catalonia, Spain

"This valuable addition to the growing e-justice literature includes extensive references and complimentary institutional online access."
