Reviews & Statements

A thoughtful study of knowledge management (KM), creativity, and innovation applied to sustainable competitive advantage. The mix of theory, frameworks and models, qualitative surveys and case studies makes it a “must read” text for knowledge managers and competitive intelligence professionals who wish to gain insights into how to further their organization’s integration of two essential managerial functions. Each chapter’s hypothesis is grounded in research conducted over the past decade or two, well written and concise. While the authors are primarily academics, this is much more than a textbook and should be added to personal libraries of CI and KM practitioners.
